Services may be used only for lawful, authorised business purposes and within purchased capacity, licence and access limits. Users must comply with applicable law, customer policies and third-party platform terms.
2. Prohibited activity
- Unauthorised access, credential sharing, privilege escalation, security-control bypass or network probing.
- Creation, storage or distribution of malware, ransomware, phishing material or tools intended for unlawful harm.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, impersonation, fraud, harassment or infringement of privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Hosting or transmitting unlawful content, or content that creates a material security or operational risk.
- Excessive or automated use that degrades a service, evades limits or interferes with another user.
- Using systems to conceal the source of activity or obstruct a legitimate security investigation.
3. Account and device security
Users must protect credentials, use multifactor authentication where available, keep devices reasonably updated and report suspected compromise promptly. Administrative access must be limited to authorised persons and used only when required.
4. Data handling
Personal, confidential and customer data must be accessed only for an authorised purpose, stored in approved locations and shared only with intended recipients. Sensitive data should use appropriate access controls and encryption where available.
5. Monitoring and investigation
To protect service security and availability, relevant logs and events may be monitored where lawful and proportionate. We may investigate credible abuse reports and preserve evidence where required by law or contract.
6. Protective action
We may restrict or suspend affected access where reasonably necessary to contain an active threat, unlawful activity or serious service disruption. Where practicable, we will notify the authorised customer contact and support remediation.
7. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse, compromised credentials or security incidents promptly through our contact page or by calling +27 12 883 7246.
